With the change in the NEXTEL Cup Championship system, the Brickyard 400 will play an important part in determining this years Champion. The first 26 races of the season, including the Brickyard 400 on July 29 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, will whittle the title contenders to the top 10 drivers in the standings and any driver within 400 points of the leader after 26 races. Those drivers will race for the title over the last 10 races. Be there to see, feel and cheer the drivers from the first green flag to the checked flag, 400 miles later.
